2026 Request for Proposals

United Way of Treasure Valley (UWTV), as the backbone organization of the Idaho Coalition for Community Schools (ICCS) and the recipient of Idaho’s federal Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) State-Scaling Grant, is pleased to open a Request for Proposals for rural Idaho public school districts (LEAs) seeking to implement the Community School strategy for school transformation.
